¿Qué cubre nuestra garantía?

Nuestra garantía de 90 días comienza desde el momento en que recibes tu producto y te ofrece cobertura en los siguientes casos:

• No estás 100% satisfecho: Si simplemente no estás contento con tu compra, no te preocupes, estamos aquí para solucionarlo.

• Defectos de fabricación: Problemas como fallas en las costuras, hilos sueltos o cualquier imperfección en los materiales que no cumpla con nuestros altos estándares de calidad.

• Talla o modelo incorrecto: Si recibiste un artículo diferente al que pediste o necesitas un cambio de talla.

• Desgaste inusual: Si notas defectos en la tela o en el diseño que no corresponden al uso normal.

¿Qué no está cubierto?

Nuestra garantía está diseñada para protegerte al máximo, pero no cubre:

• Daños causados por mal uso, accidentes o cortes intencionales.

• Exposición a químicos agresivos o condiciones extremas fuera del uso previsto.

• Prendas que hayan sido dañadas intencionalmente.

Opciones para resolverlo

En Da Moya queremos que el proceso sea simple y justo. Si tienes algún inconveniente, estas son tus opciones:
 

  • Reembolso completo: Te devolvemos tu dinero rápidamente, sin hacer preguntas. We’ll return your money quickly, no questions asked.

  • Reemplazo gratuito: Te enviaremos un nuevo bañador del mismo modelo o de igual valor.

  • Cupón de recompensa: Si lo prefieres, recibirás un cupón del mismo valor (o mayor) para futuras compras.

How to Request the Warranty?

Our process is simple because we want you to have complete peace of mind:

  1. On our website: Go to the Customer Service section, fill out the online form, and attach photos of the garment.

  2. By email: Write to us at warranty@da-moya.com, describe the issue, and attach photos of the product.

  3. Shipping covered by Da Moya: We will cover the return shipping costs and the new shipment, because we want your experience to be perfect.

Response time: We will resolve your request within 48 to 72 hours.

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Terms and Conditions

  • The warranty applies within the first 90 days after receiving the product.

  • For exchanges or returns, the garment must be in good condition (without cuts, burns, or other caused damage).

  • You don’t need the original packaging. Just make sure to attach the proof of purchase.

At Da Moya, we are committed to excellence in quality, design, and customer satisfaction. Each garment is carefully inspected before being shipped, but if any issue arises, we fully stand behind your purchase.

Our Warranty
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error in size, color, or model, Da Moya will cover all costs for the exchange or return.

If you would like to request a change for a different size or color than the one you initially selected, we’ll be happy to arrange it. In this case, we only ask that the customer cover the shipping costs.

To qualify for an exchange or return, items must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, and with all original tags.

How to Request a Warranty
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order through:

Provide your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue.

Our team will guide you through the exchange or return process and will assign you an authorization number (RA) if necessary.

Processing Times
Once the garment is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
