General Delivery info
At Da Moya, we work with ShipBob to ensure your orders arrive quickly and securely.
Orders placed before 2:30 pm (local time) are usually shipped the same business day.
During peak seasons (sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. They may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or restricted delivery areas.
Our delivery partners offer both signed and contactless delivery if requested. However, please note that anyone at the delivery address may sign for your package. Da Moya is not responsible for lost or missing packages once signed for at office buildings, shared addresses, or similar locations.
If delivery is not possible on the first attempt, the courier will make up to three consecutive business day attempts. After 5 days without communication, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
During sale periods, your order may be shipped in eco-friendly packaging: recyclable, discreet brown boxes with no external branding. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift packaging.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Da Moya ships worldwide. All international shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning that all import duties, taxes, and fees are already included in your purchase price. Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
Please note that customs authorities may still open and inspect shipments as part of standard procedures.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received: worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached. Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

In the event that a package is undeliverable or unclaimed and returned to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
