At Da Moya, we partner with ShipBob to ensure your order is delivered efficiently and securely.
Orders placed before 2:30 pm (CT time) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after this time may be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer

United States: Delivered in 3–7 business days
- International: Delivered in 7–20 business days*

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped. External factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes may occasionally impact delivery timelines.
Our delivery partners offer both signed and contactless delivery when available. Please note that anyone at the delivery address may receive and sign for the package. Da Moya is not responsible for lost or missing packages once marked as delivered at office buildings, shared addresses, or similar locations.
If delivery is not possible on the first attempt, the courier will typically make additional attempts on consecutive business days. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts or lack of communication, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
During sale periods, your order may be shipped in eco-friendly packaging: recyclable, discreet brown boxes with no external branding. At this time, we do not offer gift packaging.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Da Moya ships worldwide.
All international orders are shipped under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout; however, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged by local authorities upon delivery.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Da Moya does not control or set these fees.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated import costs prior to placing your order.
Please note that customs authorities may inspect shipments as part of standard procedures, which may occasionally impact delivery times.
REFUND POLICY
Orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt if you are not fully satisfied. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Customers will receive a full refund excluding original shipping costs. Items returned without their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you. Complimentary return shipping will be provided for items that are damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 6-8 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

With all original tags and packaging intact
Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–8 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Please note that your financial institution may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Free return shipping is provided for these cases.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or show signs of excessive or abusive return behavior.
