What does our guarantee cover?

Our 90-day guarantee begins the moment you receive your product and covers the following cases:

Not 100% satisfied: If you’re simply not happy with your purchase, don’t worry—we’re here to make it right.

Manufacturing defects: Issues such as stitching problems, loose threads, or any material flaws that don’t meet our high-quality standards.

Wrong size or model: If you received a different item than the one you ordered or need a size exchange.

Unusual wear and tear: If you notice fabric or design flaws that are not consistent with normal use.

What is not covered?

Our guarantee is designed to protect you to the fullest, but it does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or intentional cuts.

Exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme conditions beyond intended use.

Garments that have been intentionally damaged.

Options to Resolve It

At Da Moya, we want the process to be simple and fair. If you have an issue, these are your options:
 
  • Full Refund: We’ll return your money quickly, no questions asked.

  • Free Replacement: We’ll send you a new swimsuit of the same model or equal value.

  • Reward Coupon: If you prefer, you’ll receive a coupon of the same value (or more) for future purchases.

 

You decide how you’d like to resolve it.

How to Request the Warranty?

Our process is simple because we want you to have complete peace of mind:

  1. On our website: Go to the Customer Service section, fill out the online form, and attach photos of the garment.

  2. By email: Write to us at warranty@da-moya.com, describe the issue, and attach photos of the product.

  3. Shipping covered by Da Moya: We will cover the return shipping costs and the new shipment, because we want your experience to be perfect.

Response time: We will resolve your request within 48 to 72 hours.

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Terms and Conditions

  • The warranty applies within the first 90 days after receiving the product.

  • For exchanges or returns, the garment must be in good condition (without cuts, burns, or other caused damage).

  • You don’t need the original packaging. Just make sure to attach the proof of purchase.

At Da Moya, we are committed to excellence in quality, design, and customer satisfaction. Each garment is carefully inspected before being shipped, but if any issue arises, we fully stand behind your purchase.

Our Warranty
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error in size, color, or model, Da Moya will cover all costs for the exchange or return.

If you would like to request a change for a different size or color than the one you initially selected, we’ll be happy to arrange it. In this case, we only ask that the customer cover the shipping costs.

To qualify for an exchange or return, items must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, and with all original tags.

How to Request a Warranty
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order through:

Provide your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue.

Our team will guide you through the exchange or return process and will assign you an authorization number (RA) if necessary.

Processing Times
Once the garment is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
