General Delivery info

At Da Moya, we work with ShipBob to ensure your orders arrive quickly and securely.

  • Orders placed before 2:30 pm (CTS time) are usually shipped the same business day.

  • During peak seasons (sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. They may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or restricted delivery areas.

Our delivery partners offer both signed and contactless delivery if requested. However, please note that anyone at the delivery address may sign for your package. Da Moya is not responsible for lost or missing packages once signed for at office buildings, shared addresses, or similar locations.

If delivery is not possible on the first attempt, the courier will make up to three consecutive business day attempts. After 5 days without communication, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

During sale periods, your order may be shipped in eco-friendly packaging: recyclable, discreet brown boxes with no external branding. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift packaging.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Da Moya ships worldwide.

International orders are shipped under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout; however, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Da Moya does not control or set these fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated import costs prior to placing your order.

Please note that customs authorities may inspect shipments as part of standard procedures.

REFUND POLICY

Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are not fully satisfied. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Customers will receive a full refund excluding original shipping costs. Items returned without their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you. Complimentary return shipping will be provided for items that are damaged, defective, or shipped in error.

In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be accepted.


Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 6-8 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility
All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Please note that your financial institution may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Free return shipping is provided for these cases.

Return Shipping Costs
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.

Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or show signs of excessive or abusive return behavior.
