We partner with ShipBob to ensure your order is processed and delivered efficiently and securely.

  • Orders placed before 2:30 PM (CST) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after this time may be processed the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: Delivered in 3–7 business days

  • International: Delivered in 7–20 business days*

*Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and external factors beyond our control.

Delivery timelines begin once the order has been shipped. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or logistics constraints may occur.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Da Moya ships worldwide.

All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Da Moya does not control or determine these fees.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order to estimate potential import costs.

Please note that customs authorities may inspect shipments as part of standard procedures, which may occasionally impact delivery times.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after being placed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If cancellation is requested after shipment, the customer must receive the order and initiate a return through our returns process.

Orders in Transit

Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled or refunded.

Customers must wait until delivery is completed and then initiate a return request if eligible.

Returns & Change of Mind

Returns due to change of mind may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed and unaltered
  • Returned in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags, hygienic liners, and packaging intact

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on swimwear or intimate apparel that shows signs of wear, use, damage, odor, staining, or removal of protective liners.

Returns related to change of mind will be processed as store credit only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds & Store Credit

Returns approved due to change of mind will be processed as store credit only.

Refunds to the original payment method are only applicable in cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items confirmed by Da Moya.

Once your return is received and inspected, the applicable store credit or refund will be processed within 5–8 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the process has been completed.

Please note that financial institutions may require additional processing time to reflect refunds.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original tags, hygienic liners, and packaging intact

Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use, odor, staining, stretching, or damage will not be eligible for store credit or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Free return shipping will be provided for approved cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Customers must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide supporting evidence, including photographs of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.

Refused Deliveries

Packages refused by the customer at delivery may be subject to return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and restocking fees.

These costs may be deducted from any applicable store credit or refund.

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or that show signs of excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious return behavior.

This includes repeated refund requests, misuse of promotional offers, or attempts to return products that do not meet the eligibility conditions outlined above.
